Refunds & Exchanges

We guarantee 100% satisfaction and if you are not delighted with your purchase you will receive full credit towards any piece of your choice. This includes custom orders so that you can order with confidence.

Returns: Due to the coronavirus that is having an effect on every company and individual, we are no longer allowing refunds or cancellations in order to protect our employees during this crisis.

However, if you are approved for a refund due to special circumstances which is the sole discretion of Raven Fine Jewelers for a refund, there is a non-negotiable 50 percent re-stocking fee.

Custom pieces may not be refunded as they were made specifically just for you. You must receive authorization for a refund prior to shipping it back or it will be returned.

Also, you must ship it, insured, with tracking as we are not responsible for lost shipments and there is no reimbursement for shipping. Every item has a lifetime guarantee.

Returns will only be accepted if approved by Raven Fine Jewelers, as long as the returned merchandise is in brand new condition, having not been damaged, worked on, cleaned, sized, or in any way handled by another jeweler or shop as we cannot control the quality in those circumstances.
