Though we strive to complete work in the timeliest manner possible, client acknowledges that no specific deadline can be designated for custom work. Also, due to the inherent nature of custom or standard jewelry repair and manufacturing procedures, even if a specific due date is stated, any number of unforeseen factors may cause delays, and no refunds will be remitted on any work, custom or otherwise for this or any other reason. Items left for more than 90 days from date of completion will be sold to pay for the cost of the work. Alterations to custom designs after work order is completed may result in additional costs, and extended delivery date. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom pieces. Initiating a transaction of any kind by client automatically agrees to all terms above.
